Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
I worked for months, working 12- hour days cleaning floors and tear down wallpaper one child strapped on my back and the others playing inside the playpen. Ha! It was beginning to seem logical, however it was far from done. This was going take money, effort, as well as my personal favorite to complete the interior of this house. In order to stay in my budget I took my kids with me to look for treasures in estate sales. Every week, we spent between Thursday and Saturday in estate sales and garage sales buying brand new furniture. Then I painted and sanded in the driveway during the workweek. The furniture was like this... which is where I got my passion to restore. Even after our house was fully furnished, I could not put it down! There was a spot at the local markets that I could sell my pieces. Eventually I had more pieces that I had no idea about and outgrew the space. The number of people who visited my house in one weekend to buy all the things on the ground. Growing Days was founded in my own home. Apart from my successful company, I also started our family. It was like I had found the perfect balance between being a mum and starting my new business. Growing Days just fit. My sweet Nora came into the world in 2013, our fourth child. It was a great direction for my business however, I needed an escape. I decided to step back and stay at home, with my children. That was precisely what I was looking for. After a few months that the phones started to call. Many people called me for help about home improvement or decorating. They were mostly people who visited my home to purchase furniture. Once I had a few months I began to take on customers according to my schedule. In no time, I was managing multiple accounts, as well as a house renovations company. It is likely that I'd have laughed had I had been told that the business was going to be part of a forthcoming television show on DIY Network. As I think about the circumstances and think about it, I laugh.
